Registration for Vacant & Abandoned Properties:

Registration forms & payment can be sent to Woodland Township Municipal Office, P.O. Box 388, Chatsworth, NJ 08019.    Abandoned Property Registration  Abandoned Property Registration Fee Schedule

Construction Permits/Inspections:

The Construction Official, Tom Boyd, performs inspections on Tuesday and Thursday.  Please call Maryalice Brown at 609-726-1700 or by email at Inspections to schedule inspections.  If you require an appointment with Mr. Boyd, please call Maryalice Brown to schedule an appointment.

         7 or more days prior to inspection                              $ 50.00

         6 to 3 days prior to inspection                                    $ 75.00

         2 days or less prior to inspection                              $150.00

          2^nd and subsequent Fee after Initial Fee                 $100.00
