TOWNSHIP OF WOODLAND LAND USE BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM, prevailing time, the Township of Woodland Land Use Board (the “Board”) will hold a public hearing in the in the Township of Woodland Municipal Building, located at 3943 Main Street, Chatsworth, New Jersey 08019, to review and consider the adoption of a Master Plan Reexamination Report prepared by Pennoni, draft dated February 18, 2025 (the “Reexamination Report”). The public hearing on the Reexamination Report is being held in accordance with the applicable provisions of the State of New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a portion of the public hearing on the Reexamination Report will be dedicated to public questions and comments and members of the public wishing to be heard may appear either individually or through an attorney.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing, the Reexamination Report will be available for public inspection in the Board’s Office, within the Township of Woodland Municipal Building, located at 3943 Main Street, Chatsworth, New Jersey 08019, Monday through Thursday, during regular business hours.

 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board may, at its sole discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the public hearing on the 3943 Main Street, Chatsworth, New Jersey 08019 from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board’s office concerning adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
